We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Bupa Clinics in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome customers, providing a positive first impression of our centre.
  2. Support the customer journey, answering queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Process invoices and delivery notes in accordance with Bupa policy.
  4. Contribute to maintaining well-presented facilities, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
  5. Prioritize workload and manage competing demands to meet deadlines.
