Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Finance Assistant to support our Corporate Parenting initiatives. This role involves working in a hybrid environment, balancing time between remote work and occasional office presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the ContrOCC system for managing financial records.
  • Implement Corporate Parenting processes effectively.
  • Maintain and update records for young individuals and foster caregivers.
  • Execute weekly and bi-weekly payment runs accurately.
  • Address inquiries and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
  • Possibly handle invoice processing as required.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in finance or accounts roles.
  • Familiarity with the ContrOCC system.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Parenting processes.
