We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Planning Associate/Associate Director. If you have a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive planning appraisals to advise clients on obtaining planning consent and approvals
  • Manage research tasks and produce high-quality, client-facing reports and presentations
  • Support the development of project strategies and business plans
  • Lead project teams in delivering high-quality outputs and meeting project targets
  • Prepare and negotiate planning applications and conditions
  • Research and assist in the preparation of evidence for planning inquiries and appeals
  • Contribute to business generation and growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background and professional qualifications
  • Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
  • Minimum 6 years' professional experience in urban planning and development
  • Passion for planning and building relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities
