Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our Medical Workforce and Medical Education department at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team responsible for recruiting doctors, managing medical education contracts, producing duty rotas, and providing HR support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Induction Training programs for new trainee doctors
  • Coordinate medical students' placements and ensure seamless integration into our team
  • Manage on-call duty rotas to ensure efficient coverage
  • Input data into various systems to maintain accurate records
  • Process annual and study leave requests in a timely manner
  • Liaise with employers and contracting bodies to facilitate smooth operations
  • Provide expert HR advice to medical staff to support their professional development
