Senior Care Manager

Join a dynamic and supportive care team in south west London as a Registered Manager. Our organisation provides high-quality care services to young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health issues, enabling them to live independently in the community and reach their full potential.
We operate a network of 7 houses in Putney, near the River Thames, supporting over 20 clients. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams, managing services, collaborating with partner organisations and health professionals, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a supported living management role is desirable, but not essential. Deputy or team leader roles will also be considered, as well as candidates from outside of social care with management experience.
- A level 4 NVQ in health and social care is desirable, and we are willing to support you in working towards a level 4 or 5 diploma in leadership and management for adult care.
- A reasonable commute to Putney is required.
Salary and Benefits:
- Up to £45,000 per annum
