About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Colleague to join our team at ASDA. As a Security Colleague, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular security patrols of the store and surrounding areas to prevent and detect any security breaches.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any security incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in security and customer service.
Requirements
  • You must be over the age of 18 and pass a basic level safeguarding check.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
