Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining Fire and Security systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their Fire and Security systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect and maintain Fire and Security systems, identifying and rectifying any issues or defects.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their Fire and Security needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of Fire and Security services, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Fire and Security technologies and industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Fire and Security systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Fire and Security systems, including Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to client sites.
