**Job Summary**

MWH Treatment is seeking an experienced Environmental Advisor to join our SHEQ team. As an Environmental Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting project teams during pre-construction and on-site stages of multiple projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with the @one Alliance contract team to ensure the Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements are met at appropriate stages and environmental constraints are communicated.
  • Consult with environmental regulators and key stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental legislation and internal requirements.
  • Provide environmental advice and support to project and construction teams during pre-construction meetings and the preparation of documentation to identify and record environmental risks and control measures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits on construction sites across the region to ensure compliance with current environmental legislation and internal requirements.
  • Support Partner Organisations in achieving their environmental goals and sustainability objectives.
  • Participate in the CAT1 and CAT2 incident investigation team and assist with the reporting of CAT3 and CAT4 / Near miss reporting.
  • Develop and deliver training on environmental issues as required by the @one Alliance training plan.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and value-added performance reporting to contribute to business decision making.
