Job Opportunity: Senior Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project management teams to develop and manage project budgets and estimates.
  • Prepare and coordinate detailed estimates for complex construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery of bids.
  • Review and analyze construction documents, identifying scope of work and potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain a library of pricing data and outputs, supporting the estimation process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in main contractor construction, with a strong background in estimating and project management.
  • Ability to manage projects from £5million to £50million across various sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality estimates and tenders.
