About the Role:

As a Senior Estimator at S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd, you will be responsible for assisting in completing construction projects by providing cost estimates. This involves liaising and following up with subcontractors to ensure bids are received, while also working with project management teams to follow up on bids and budgets to close the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing or coordinating full estimates on complex and large projects as required by client or customer's documents

* Obtaining bids from subcontractors, obtaining best prices for materials, and ensuring correctness and accuracy by reviewing estimates

* Preparing detailed analytical tenders, maintaining a library of pricing and outputs data, and assisting with the management of production, and negotiating estimates and tenders.

Requirements:

As an Senior / Principle Estimator for our client, it is required that you hold strong main contractor construction background. It is essential that you have experience managing from 1st principles and estimating projects from £5million to £50million across a multitude of sectors.
