Job Title: Registered General Nurse (RGN)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dynamic healthcare team at Willing Care. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents with diverse needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans for residents.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centered care.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Educate residents and their families about health conditions and promote self-care and wellness initiatives.
Requirements:
  • RGN qualification and registration with the UK NMC.
  • Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse in an adult care setting, preferably within a nursing home environment.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and cultural competence.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of nursing practice and patient care.
