Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client's dynamic healthcare team in Barnet, Edgware, Greater London, England.

Job Summary:

As a Registered General Nurse at our nursing home, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to adult patients within a nurturing environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert nursing care to adult patients, encompassing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of personalized care plans.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals with precision and care.
  3. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centered care tailored to the unique needs of our residents.
  4. Monitor residents' conditions closely and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate members of the healthcare team.
  5. Educate residents and their families about their health conditions, promoting self-care and wellness initiatives.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  1. RGN qualification and registration with the UK NMC, demonstrating your commitment to professional standards.
  2. Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse in an adult care setting, preferably within a nursing home environment.
  3. Strong clinical skills, along with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced nursing home environment.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and cultural competence when engaging with residents and their families.
  5. A deep commitment to upholding the highest standards of nursing practice and patient care in a nursing home setting.
