Key Responsibilities

  • Bring the latest thinking and innovation to the business to support the development of effective learning solutions.
  • Advocate change where needed, leading by example and seeking support as appropriate.
About You

We are looking for a Senior Manager with a background in programme development, non-technical and audit-technical course content, and experience of regulatory reporting requirements. You will have a strong understanding of the latest design thinking, innovation, tools, and technology to support programme development, data analytics, and evidence-based analysis.

You will be someone who is comfortable working proactively, managing your own tasks, and collaborating with others. You will have strong relationship skills, with the ability to work with varied stakeholders, influence agendas, and drive forward activities. You will also have strong teamworking and collaboration skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire people to reach their potential.

You will be able to take training needs and translate them into learning objectives and key learning outcomes, and then coordinate an appropriate response to these. You will have excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also have strong data-analytics and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of business strategy and goals and a focus on delivering effectively against these.
