ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Marketing and Sales Trainee, you will be an integral member of our marketing department. Your key responsibilities will include the creation and upkeep of various marketing assets, collaboration with design teams, and monitoring industry trends. You will facilitate a smooth workflow, gather feedback for enhancements, and provide essential administrative support. Additionally, you will assist in procurement activities and help curate engaging content for our social media channels, boosting our online visibility.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development and upkeep of both digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, promotional materials, and informational sheets. This includes proofreading, design, copywriting, and teamwork with the internal team.
  • Stay informed about market trends to identify industry developments and opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to promote continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to Marketing and Brand Guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Team to support marketing events such as fairs, workshops, and webinars.
  • Source and process updates and content related to marketing and products from various departments.
  • Provide assistance with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team and external vendors for the production of promotional materials.
  • Gather and create content for our website and social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging online presence.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for marketing, sales, social media, events, and content creation.
  • Capability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Basic familiarity with graphic design software and social media platforms.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new software.
  • Positive demeanor and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the education sector and study abroad initiatives is advantageous.
  • Experience in creating brochures, banners, and other marketing collateral.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

  • Full-time interns will receive a stipend along with a travel card, committing to a full-time schedule.
