Role Overview

• Welcome and engage lounge guests, providing them with the utmost level of hospitality throughout their stay.
• Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the bar for each shift.
• Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffees, cocktails, and mixed drinks.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of coffee machines.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage selections available in the Lounge.
• Maintain accurate bar stock control records.
• Keep the bar area immaculate, including floors, counters, and storage.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in bartending.
• Outstanding customer service abilities.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Keen attention to detail and the capacity to perform efficiently under pressure.
• A self-driven attitude.
• Confidence in working within a team environment.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Flexibility in work availability is crucial, as the Lounge operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
