Position OverviewAs a Lounge Mixologist, you will be the face of our bar, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable experience in our lounge.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage lounge patrons, delivering the highest standard of hospitality throughout their stay.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the bar for each shift.
- Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffees, cocktails, and mixed drinks.
- Maintain and operate coffee machines efficiently.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the food offerings available in the lounge.
- Keep accurate records of bar stock control.
- Ensure cleanliness of the bar area, including floors, counters, and storage spaces.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in bartending.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- A collaborative team player.
- Strong attention to detail and the capability to perform well under pressure.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Confident in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as the lounge operates daily.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
