Role Overview

Welcome and engage lounge patrons, providing them with the utmost level of hospitality throughout their stay. Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the bar for each shift. Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffees, cocktails, and mixed drinks. Ensure the proper maintenance of coffee machines. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the food offerings available in the Lounge. Maintain accurate bar stock control documentation. Ensure cleanliness of the entire bar area, including floors, counters, and storage.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in bartending. Exceptional customer service abilities. Strong team collaboration skills. Keen attention to detail and ability to perform efficiently under pressure. Self-driven and motivated work ethic. Confidence in working as part of a team. Effective communication skills in English. Flexibility in work availability is crucial, as the Lounge operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Eligibility to work in the UK.
