**Job Summary**
SF Recruitment (Leicester) is seeking a highly motivated HR Team Coordinator to join our Professional Services department. This is an interim role to cover maternity leave and would be ideal for an individual currently studying towards, or who has obtained, a CIPD qualification, and is looking to develop a career in HR.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
- Assist with HR compliance tasks, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Post job vacancies, support contract administration, and handle disclosure applications, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Organize and book training events, promoting employee development and growth.
- Compile and deliver monthly HR statistics to the HR Officer, providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Process and create purchase orders (POs), maintaining a transparent and accountable budget tracking system.
**Requirements:**
- Strong administrative skills, with experience in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
