Job Summary:

T2M Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for timely and accurate payroll processing for both hourly paid and salaried staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for both hourly paid and salaried staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond to payroll queries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Communicate with external parties regarding payroll-related matters.
  • Prepare and submit various payroll forms, including P60, P45, P35, P11D, SSP, SMP, and SPP.
  • Identify opportunities to improve current processes and implement enhancements to internal controls.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to develop and improve management information generation.
