The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes are efficient, effective, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  2. Quality Assurance: Investigate and resolve quality issues related to manufacturing processes, working closely with our quality assurance team to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  3. Project Management: Manage projects related to the introduction of new products and processes, ensuring timely and successful implementation.

Requirements

  1. Education: Degree level (or equivalent) qualification in an Engineering discipline.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of process optimization and quality assurance principles.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
