Job Title: Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our Operations Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislative standards across all production areas.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead the creation and management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Engineering team to resolve complaints and improve process-related CCAs.
  • Support the introduction of new products, ensuring timely and effective production launches.
  • Investigate and resolve Non-Routine Failure Trends (NRFTs) to improve process reliability.
  • Provide a primary interface between manufacturing departments, Technical, and Sales teams.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in industrial manufacturing, with a focus on lean manufacturing and business improvement.
  • Proven experience with FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa diagrams, 5-why, and SPC.
  • Hands-on Six Sigma experience and qualification is highly desirable.
  • Experience working to stringent audited ISO quality standards.
