We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our Operations Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislative standards across all production areas.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Lead the creation and management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the Quality Engineering team to resolve complaints and improve process-related CCAs.
- Support the introduction of new products, ensuring timely and effective production launches.
- Investigate and resolve Non-Routine Failure Trends (NRFTs) to improve process reliability.
- Provide a primary interface between manufacturing departments, Technical, and Sales teams.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years' experience in industrial manufacturing, with a focus on lean manufacturing and business improvement.
- Proven experience with FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa diagrams, 5-why, and SPC.
- Hands-on Six Sigma experience and qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience working to stringent audited ISO quality standards.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve set goals.
