Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

MTrec Ltd Technical is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet customer and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Development and Optimization: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  2. Quality Assurance: Investigate and resolve quality issues related to processes, working closely with quality assurance teams to conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  3. Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean Manufacturing and internal KPI and yield metrics to drive improvements, leading and participating in continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes.
  4. Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to production staff and technicians, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and improve processes.
  5. Project Management: Manage projects related to the introduction of new products and processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree level (or equivalent) qualification in an Engineering discipline.
  • Computer literate including Microsoft office.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
