Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:
Manchester Staff Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue for our client's expanding Telesales department in the North West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries and proactively contact leads to gather information and qualify potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products/services.
- Work closely with the Account Manager to set appointments and close deals.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively engage with prospects and identify their needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Telesales team.
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in Sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Resilience and perseverance, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
