Are you dedicated to enhancing the lives of children in foster care?

Integrated Services Programme (ISP) is looking for a committed Part Time Fostering Advisor to contribute to our mission. As a pioneering independent Foster Care agency with over three decades of expertise, we adopt a therapeutic approach to fostering, prioritizing the well-being of both children and foster families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication and conduct home assessments with foster families
  • Offer guidance and support services tailored to foster parents
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions for foster caregivers
  • Assist children in engaging in recreational activities
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with fostering regulations and standards
  • Personal experience or knowledge in fostering
  • Background in therapeutic child care practices
  • Proven ability to foster relationships and provide constructive challenges
  • Competent IT skills and strong organizational capabilities
  • Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle
