Finance Manager

Receptional is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end finance operations, financial forecasting, management reporting, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts and board reports to senior management and the board.
  • Develop and implement KPI reporting to track key financial metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements, including quarterly VAT returns and year-end accounts.
  • Manage the finance team, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring the team meets its objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a growing company.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred.
  • Previous experience managing a finance team.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Proficiency in producing management accounts and financial analysis.
  • Good knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to accommodate urgent requests.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
