Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Moto, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the site operations manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Experience in managing budgets, P&L, and labor costs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
