About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Venue Sales team in the EE Franchise Field Team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of Venue Sales executives to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration in the designated area.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales agents, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze sales performance data, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold and promote the Ortel and EE brand during customer meetings, community events, and sales presentations.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage sales records, customer accounts, and provide detailed reports to senior management.
  • Recruitment: Assist in hiring new sales agents by conducting interviews and assessing candidates' suitability.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a B2C or field sales environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent data analysis abilities, and proficiency in understanding customer needs.
  • Attributes: Highly confident, resilient, and able to maintain a positive mindset. Strong persuasion and rapport-building skills are essential.
  • Requirements: Must be over 18, eligible to work in the UK, willing to travel within the designated area.
