Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for working closely with our Director of Financial Reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for the Travelport group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports, including consolidation and analysis of financial data.
  • Review and analyze critical accounting areas to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Treasury, Tax, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Financial Operations, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
  • Provide support to the wider finance function, including accounting for unusual or complex transactions.
  • Prepare documentation for external auditors and support corporate project activity, such as restructuring and refinancing transactions.
  • Prepare UK statutory accounts and monthly consolidated cashflows.
  • Manage the team's intern and provide guidance and support as needed.

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant with some post-qualification experience.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Diligent and attention to detail.
