Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Stress Engineer to work on the safe, reliable, and optimized structural design of aircraft seating. The successful candidate will ensure that our products meet regulatory guidelines and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and analyze aircraft seating structures to ensure structural integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Engineering, Lead Engineers, and Certification teams to ensure that products meet customer briefs and program delivery milestones.
- Develop and implement stress analysis and design techniques to optimize structural performance and minimize weight.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential design risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute to the development of new products and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stress analysis and design, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in FEA software and ability to work with complex engineering data.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
