Florist Shop Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Florist Shop Manager to join our team at Kent Recruitment Bureau.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our busy flower shop in Faversham Town Centre. This includes overseeing a team of florists, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of floral arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of florists to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and ordering of floral supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the development of new initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a florist with a strong background in retail management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of floral arrangements, flower care, and retail operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
