Job Summary:

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Fundraising Manager to join our team. As a Community Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of the community fundraising strategy to generate net income and attract more people to support the charity in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community fundraising strategy to increase net income and supporter engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups, local businesses, and individual donors.
  • Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities, including grant applications and corporate partnerships.
  • Manage and support a team of fundraisers and volunteers to achieve fundraising targets.
  • Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing regular updates to the Head of Team and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in community fundraising, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Knowledge of fundraising trends and best practices, with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
