Programme Manager at ACCA

We are in search of a Programme Manager for a full-time permanent role. This position supports hybrid working arrangements and can be performed from various locations across the UK, with occasional requirements for collaboration in our offices.

The Programme Manager will play a crucial role in the successful execution of a wide range of projects/products within the Transformation Delivery portfolio. This position will involve assisting the head of portfolio delivery and the Transformation director in establishing a product team framework and fostering a culture of ongoing enhancement. Prior experience in forming product teams and promoting continuous improvement is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and strategize programmes and product teams
  • Track progress and address challenges
  • Establish governance structures for product teams
  • Oversee programme/product team budget management
  • Ensure the timely delivery of new products/services within budget constraints
  • Distribute resources and expertise among the teams
  • Manage external contributions and engage with stakeholders
  • Deliver progress updates to stakeholders and management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading extensive multi-stream programmes in intricate settings
  • Operational experience with product teams
  • Experience in delivering projects in an outsourced context
  • Capability to collaborate with stakeholders and convert business objectives into actionable initiatives
  • Familiarity with delivery frameworks and methodologies
  • Strong influencing and communication abilities
  • Capacity to prioritize resources and inspire teams
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
