Job Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Project Delivery Practice in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Deliver project management and contract administration throughout the project life cycle.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, develop, and coach the project team.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients on a project-by-project basis.
  • Project Governance: Establish governance for projects within corporate policies and ensure safety is a priority.
  • Project Management: Manage project budgets, risks, subcontractor procurement, and change control.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report project performance against targets.
  • Mentorship: Mentor Assistant Project Managers and team members.
  • Value Alignment: Ensure project delivery aligns with AtkinsRéalis Values.
Requirements
  • Background: Background in Project Management/Engineering with experience in design management and contract administration.
  • Qualifications: APM PMQ or equivalent in Project Management.
  • Experience: Experience with various construction contracts, particularly NEC3 or 4.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead a delivery team effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and business acumen skills.
  • BIM and Technology: Understanding of BIM and a proactive working attitude.
  • Driving License: Current driving license.
