Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Concrete Plant Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our concrete plant, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality concrete in line with customer expectations and quality standards.
- Act as the main point of contact and representative for our concrete plant, liaising with customers face-to-face and via communication.
- Coordinate fleet requirements to optimize utilization and ensure efficient operations.
- Manage stock controls, supervise safety, health, and environment standards on site, and maintain housekeeping of all plant and equipment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of the ready-mix concrete industry and experience with loading shovel operation is advantageous.
