This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established construction organisation with a strong sustainability track record. The company has recently overhauled its marketing plans, and this role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement a robust marketing communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and schedule engaging content, including case studies and blog posts, in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  2. Support the Marketing Manager in planning, implementing, and executing marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
  3. Plan, implement, and execute multi-channel marketing and internal communication campaigns, including company events, conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  5. Coordinate PR initiatives and manage media relations.
  6. Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, preparing and presenting detailed monthly reports.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with a proven track record of planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  4. Ability to produce engaging, valuable, and relevant content across various platforms.
  5. Good organisational and project management skills, with proficiency in analysing marketing data and metrics.
  6. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  7. Understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and Content Management Systems.
