Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • NVQ 4 or be willing to study to attain HLTA status within 12 months;

  • A good understanding of teaching English as an additional language;
  • The ability to reflect on and develop your own practice and that of others;
  • High expectations of behaviour and effective behaviour management strategies.
