Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our team at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and general reception cover
  • Deal with telephone enquiries and directional requests
  • Liaise with staff and departments across the hospital
  • Accept and direct deliveries
  • Work collaboratively with the team to cover annual leave and sickness absence

Requirements
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • RSA 2 (or equivalent) and NVQ2 (or equivalent)
  • Reception experience and customer care experience (desirable)
