Role of Lead Cost Consultant:

We invite you to join our team as a Lead Cost Consultant, where you will contribute to our commitment to delivering unparalleled expertise while upholding ethical standards. Collaborate with proficient colleagues, stakeholders, and contractors, and take advantage of opportunities to mentor peers while progressing in your professional journey.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Perform cost planning and estimation throughout the lifecycle of projects.
  • Generate estimates and conduct budget evaluations across various sectors.
  • Assess and articulate client and stakeholder requirements.
  • Develop Analysis and Benchmarking Reports to ensure value for investment and identify cost trends.
  • Guarantee the precision and timeliness of reported information.
  • Encourage innovation within the organization and among clients.
  • Create tools that amalgamate data for cost assessment.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to foster continuous improvement.
  • Experience in sectors such as Network Rail, National Highways, MOD, and renewable energy is advantageous.
  • Desirable familiarity with NEC and FIDIC contracts.
