About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet Paddocks, a specialist Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service for men. As a Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will work in a dedicated care pathway for men affected by acquired brain injury or neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care and treatment
  • Develop and implement individually designed rehabilitation plans to maximize person-centred outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based practice and occupational therapy pathways
  • Participate in service model development and utilise the expertise of clinical lead occupational therapists
