Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet Paddocks, a specialist Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service for men. The successful candidate will work in a dedicated care pathway for men affected by acquired brain injury or neurological conditions, where behaviours that challenge are the overarching impairment to recovery and rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide person-centred occupational therapy interventions
- Develop and implement individually designed occupational therapy plans to promote recovery and rehabilitation
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based practice and occupational therapy pathways
- Participate in inter-disciplinary working to ensure seamless care and treatment
- Support the clinical lead occupational therapist in service development and model development
- Expert clinical supervision and protected time for a weekly 1:1 with your clinical supervisor
- Induction and service line training in area of specialism
- Dedicated CPD time for peer support, skill development and specialist training
- Support and development to build skills and confidence for the next level in your career
