We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Dalton Court, a purpose-built care home providing a supportive environment for older people requiring general or specialist dementia nursing care.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans
  • Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and progress
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or concerns

Requirements:

  • RGN Qualified & NMC Registered
  • Previous older peoples care experience desirable but not essential
  • Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
  • Excellent organisation & leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
  • Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
