Support the Founders of ISE Partners

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Founders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Founders' diaries, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Founders' diaries and schedules
  • Coordinate events, dinners, and meetings
  • Oversee office management, including invoices and meeting room bookings
  • Liaise with clients and the wider team on projects and research
  • Conduct research projects and provide administrative support
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
What We Offer:
  • Salary up to £40,000
