Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Paid Social Manager to join our team. As a Paid Social Manager, you will report to a Group Account Director and work directly with large-scale enterprise clients and new scaleups.
Key Responsibilities:- Work directly with clients to build trust and relationships, representing the agency
- Own accounts and execute Paid Social strategies from strategy to execution
- Understand the role of paid social in the wider digital marketing mix and its impact on other channels
- Analyze campaign, ad set, and ad level data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize campaign performance
- Experience working with clients, owning accounts, and executing Paid Social strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
