As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns across various platforms to drive business growth and engagement.
Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement end-to-end paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) targets.
Creative Development:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad formats and messages.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Use data-driven insights to inform future campaign strategies and optimizations.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to align paid social efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid social media advertising, preferably within a client-side company.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising formats, and targeting options.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
