About the Role

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in Orkney. As an Autism Practitioner, you'll work closely with supported individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized support plans. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building positive relationships with supported individuals and their families
  • Implementing and reviewing support plans to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve supported individuals' life goals
  • Enabling supported individuals to make informed choices and participate in activities that bring them joy
