Join Our Team as a Retail People Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail People Partner to join our team at The Works. As a key member of our Retail division, you will play a vital role in cultivating an engaging and supportive workplace for our store colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Retail field operations teams to develop and implement the People Plan.
  • Advise, coach, and challenge the retail team to develop solutions and handle people initiatives.
  • Embed a performance management culture and maintain succession plans.
  • Lead the Colleague Voice agenda and use people data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Broad experience in generalist HR roles.
  • Demonstrable experience in effectively managing change and/or projects.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to accurately and confidently handle data, using effective judgement and decision-making skills alongside critical thinking.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent questioning and analytical skills.
