Flower Production Site Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Onsite Coordinator to join our team at a fast-paced flower production site in Alconbury. As an Onsite Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the recruitment and administration processes.
Key Responsibilities- Sign in workers prior to their shift and manage daily bookings in line with client order requirements.
- Handle high inbound and outbound call volumes, responding to worker queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Complete payroll on a daily/weekly basis and manage administration processes, including change requests and absences.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain secure records for audit purposes.
- Provide a positive customer experience and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
We are looking for an individual with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and a customer-centric mindset. Experience within the recruitment industry is desirable, but not essential, as full training is provided. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
