Key Responsibilities- Signing in Workers: You will be responsible for signing in workers prior to their shift, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Booking and Scheduling: You will be responsible for fulfilling daily bookings in line with client order requirements, ensuring that all candidates are booked for work in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: You will be the primary point of contact for workers, handling high inbound and outbound call volumes, and providing a positive customer experience.
- Payroll and Administration: You will be responsible for completing payroll on a daily/weekly basis, as well as handling any worker queries, including pay queries, quickly and efficiently.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping: You will be responsible for managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: You will have a customer-centric mindset, always putting people first and providing a positive experience for workers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You will have strong problem-solving skills, able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues efficiently.
- Administrative Experience: You will have experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
- Competitive Hourly Rate: £12.30 per hour
- Full-Time Opportunity: This is a full-time role, with a 4-day on, 4-day off shift pattern, with additional overtime days offered but not expected.
- Free Transport: Free transport is available from Peterborough.
- Full Training Provided: You will receive full training and support to ensure your success in this role.
