Levitate Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading Restructuring & Insolvency firm to find an exceptional Insolvency Administrator. This exciting opportunity will empower you to grow professionally and take on new challenges in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload, including corporate cases, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Adjudicate on retention of title, secured, preferential, and unsecured claims, seeking assistance when needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to continue trading on site and prepare associated documentation for statutory meetings.
  • Handle day-to-day correspondence, including non-standard correspondence, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare books and records inventories, safeguard, remove, and store them from company premises.
  • Perform data entry and scanning of case documents as required.
  • Complete banking and cheque request forms to ensure proper handling of estate monies.
  • Prepare VAT returns and maintain IPS case diaries.
  • Liaise with professional agents and prepare supporting documents for sale contracts.
  • Update and maintain case checklists and attend meetings as required.
  • Participate in internal and external marketing events as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Recovery, with previous Liquidations experience being essential.
  • Relevant qualifications are advantageous, but experience and commitment to the role are more important.
