About the Role

eXPD8 is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Limavady area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco, with opportunities to work across other categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fixture Setup and Maintenance: Ensure that fixtures are set up effectively and products are displayed attractively.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Compliance and Standards: Adhere to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety guidance.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues and provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills: Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative and Ownership: Thrive in an environment where you take ownership of your work and use your initiative to find solutions.
  • Manual Handling and Flexibility: Be comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits.
  • Technology and Transportation: Confident using a company tablet and have access to a car (full UK driving license is a bonus).
